Шпатель для натяжных потолков своими руками
Шпательная лопатка натяжного потолка представляет собой инструмент похожий на скребок, имеющий 1 и более загибов из высокопрочной нержавеющей стали толщиной 2 мм, с деревянной ручкой разной длины. Разные углы наклонов и ширина рабочей части нужны для удобства монтажа и применяемых технологий. Лопатка должна выдерживать большое давление при заправке полотен, не должна гнуться, всячески деформироваться и тем более ломаться. Материал металлической части шпателя должен быть обязательно нержавеющим, в противном случаи коррозия появившаяся на инструменте будет пачкать полотно и стены. Именно поэтому мы не рекомендуем самостоятельно изготавливать лопатки для натяжных потолков из мастерков и обычных строительных шпателей. Неправильно подобранный материал и попытка сэкономить пару сотен рублей на инструменте может привести к трагичным последствиям, тонкий металл обязательно лопнет и испортить ПВХ полотно и стены.
